What type of displays do you offer?
We offer digital displays for rent which are vertical in orientation and come in 55 inch and 65 inch sizes.

How long can I rent a display for?
You can choose our Month to Month plan (minimum 6 months) for freedom and scalability.
Daily rates are available. Delivery charges may be incurred depending on location. You can learn more about pricing from our pricing page.

How much does it cost to rent a display?
This will depend on the size of the display. You can learn more about pricing from our pricing page. Discounts do apply for multiple screens. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us for further details.

What are the dimensions of the screens?
The screens weigh just around 45 kgs. Dimensions are illustrated below.

Which areas do you provide the rental screens to?

What is the process for renting a display?
Once you contact us, we will arrange a date for delivery of the display/s. An agreement will be signed and direct debit or automatic credit card billing will be set up. The screen will be delivered and you are then ready to upload your content!

What is the installation and setup process?
The displays have wheels which make it really easy to roll around. These wheels can be locked at a spot or removed altogether. Once it is plugged in, you will be provided with a login account to access the Content Management System.
The displays have Wi-Fi which can connect to your network. If you don’t have Wi-Fi, we can connect the displays to your Mobile Hot Spot. When you need to update the content, you can turn on your Mobile Hot Spot and the display will automatically connect to your mobile phone. A connection is only needed when you’re changing content. Alternatively a 4G connection can be setup at an additional $20 per month.

How does the Content Management System work?
You can access the content management system on your computer from here, or use an Android/Apple app which we will provide to you. Using the CMS, you can upload content individually, create playlists and even create schedules so different content will play at different times.

How do I create content?
You can use websites and apps such as Canva, Visme, Adobe Spark, Snappa, Crello, Stencil and more to create your own content. It’s best that they’re in the 9:16 vertical ratio so they fit perfectly on the screen. These are then uploaded to your screen.

How do I make payment?
For long term rental options, a recurring payment will be set up where you can put in your Credit Card or Debit Card details and the transaction will occur monthly.
Short term rentals will require a non-refundable 20% deposit up front via Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer. The balance can then be paid a week before the event.
